1. Information We Collect

  • Telegram Metadata: We collect Telegram user ID, username, first name, language settings, and interaction timestamps. We do not collect phone numbers, contacts, or private messages.
  • Blockchain Activity: All wallet addresses, balances, trade activity, and transaction history done through the Bot are public and recorded on-chain. This may be analyzed for features like dashboards and analytics.
  • Technical Data: Anonymized data on device type, usage patterns, session timestamps, and error/crash reports may be collected but is not linked to your Telegram or wallet identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate and maintain trading features
  • Process transactions and generate reports
  • Calculate eligibility for the Weekly Trading Prize
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Improve performance and user experience
  • Provide support where appropriate

We do not use your information for advertising or sell your data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. However, we may share it with:

  • Service providers for analytics, error tracking, or infrastructure

4. Data Storage

Telegram metadata and logs are securely stored using industry-standard encryption. Blockchain data is not stored by us. Wallet keys and seed phrases are never stored on our servers.

5. Data Retention

Metadata and technical logs are retained only as long as operationally needed. Blockchain data is permanently recorded and cannot be modified or deleted.

6. Your Rights

  • Block or remove the Bot via Telegram
  • Withdraw or transfer assets from your wallet
  • Cease activity to opt out of rewards or tracking features

7. Security Measures

  • We apply technical, physical, and administrative safeguards
  • Users are encouraged to store seed phrases securely and use hardware wallets
  • No system is entirely immune to security risks

8. Minors

The Bot is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. International Users

By using the Bot, you consent to data processing in jurisdictions that may not have equivalent data protection laws.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material updates will be announced via the Bot interface. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance.
